Original Bagel successfully partners with in-store bakeries and food service customers who want great bagel
shop bagels as the cornerstone of their bakery.
We bake 'super-premium' bagels using
only extremely high quality ingredients at a slightly higher cost. We also used traditional bagel baking methods such
as a full 12-hour fermentation, extended boiling time and hearth oven baking.
In 2008 we completed a $3,500,000 plant upgrade!
