We offer the following shipping options:

FOB

Pickup orders available to distributors and direct to retail

LTL

Less than truckload deliveries available to distributors and direct to retail

Truckload

Truckload deliveries available to distributors and direct to retail

Direct Sales Policy

Our business is selling directly to major (truckload) accounts, or through distributors. Sometimes we don't have a distributor in a geographic region, in which case we will sell to you directly under the following terms.

Q. I own a single or mulit-unit store & your product isn't distributed in my area. What is the minimum Original Bagel will ship me directly?
A. WE WILL FIRST PUT YOU IN TOUCH WITH A DISTRIBUTOR THAT CARRIES OUR BAGELS. IF WE DON'T HAVE DISTRIBUTION IN YOUR AREA, ALL DIRECT ORDERS MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 2 PALLETs.
Q..What is your payment policy?
A. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL NO LATER THAN THE DAY BEFORE WE SHIP. WE ACCEPT CHECKS IN ADVANCE (WITH SUFFICIENT TIME FOR CHECK TO CLEAR BEFORE WE SHIP), WIRE TRANSFERS AND PAYPAL.
Q. Will Original Bagel ship me raw dough?
A. RAW DOUGH IS VERY DIFFICULT TO SHIP LTL.
FOR THIS REASON, IF YOU PURCHASE RAW DOUGH YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A SECOND AGREEMENT HOLDING US HARMLESS IN THE EVENT THE TRUCKING COMPANY DAMAGES THE PRODUCT. IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGES (MELTING) IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE A CLAIM AND GET REIMBURSED FROM THE TRUCKING COMPANY.

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT TAKE ON THIS RISK - SO IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SIGN THIS AGREEMENT, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SELL RAW DOUGH TO YOU DIRECTLY.
