Original Bagel successfully partners with in-store bakeries and food service customers who are focused on upscale bakery products.

In 2005, we began experimenting with a 'super-premium' style of bagels that used only extremely high quality ingredients, at a slightly higher cost. We also used traditional bagel baking methods such as a full 12-hour fermentation on wooden boards, extended boiling time and hearth oven baking. We called our new brand Park Avenue^TM... Our Park Avenue bagels sales skyrocketed!

In January 2008, we completed a $3,000,000 plant upgrade ahead of growth so we may exclusively produce our highest quality line, Park Avenue by Original Bagel.
